Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of $20 for all domestic deliveries under $500, which includes standard insurance. Orders over $500 are entitled to free shipping. All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated by the customer. Should you require a higher level of insurance this will be at the customers cost. If you have any queries, please contact us before purchasing at info@my-world.com.au.

Items we exchange will be re-sent at the cost of the customer. Return postage costs are non-refundable. My World Jewellery Pty Ltd will not be responsible for return shipping costs (unless items are confirmed faulty by My World Jewellery Pty Ltd).

Expected delivery time for orders within Australia metropolitan areas is 1-2 business days from despatch (please allow the additional 2 weeks for production). Rural areas can take between 3-4 business days for delivery from despatch.

Australia Post tracking details will be emailed to you on despatch.

WARRANTY
All My World Jewellery pieces are subject to 6 months manufacturers warranty. My World Jewellery will offer a repair or replacement for genuine My World Jewellery items exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value. Warranty does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse. Please see follow the care guide available on the website. The warranty provides benefits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

RETURNS
Online purchases can only be returned for exchange or credit note.

Any Bespoke or Custom pieces are final sale, and cannot be returned for exchange or credit.

Customers must contact My World Jewellery Pty Ltd by email within 7 days from the date of delivery in order to make a return for exchange or credit note.
In order to process your exchange or credit note, please email info@my-world.com.au with the following information:

  • Original Order Reference Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Items to be returned for exchange or credit note
  • State the reason for return
  • State your preference of exchange or credit note

Returns must be made in person or sent via Express Post or Registered Post.

If a faulty item is received, please contact us at info@my-world.com.au within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return for assessment.

If the item is deemed to have a defect, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Return postage of items with confirmed defects will be covered by My World Jewellery Pty Ltd.

Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all My World Jewellery items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.

My World Jewellery Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
